Our consulting services are governed by a separate Engagement Letter or Statement of Work. The Site content and resources may support, but do not substitute, your formal agreement for services.

All content, designs, graphics, text, and materials on the Site or delivered as part of service remain the property of Miranex Consulting Ltd. (or licensors).

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

We disclaim all warranties (express or implied) about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.

Either party may terminate service engagements under the terms of the Engagement Letter.

We may terminate or restrict Site access at any time without cause.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on the Site and effective upon posting.
