Salman Hamidani, CFA, FSA
Founder & Principal Consultant
Salman is a qualified actuary and CFA charterholder with over 15 years of global experience spanning the UK, US, and Asia. His career includes senior roles in investment strategy, ALM, and risk management across leading insurers and asset managers — including Royal London, Prudential, Great Eastern Life, and UBS.
He specialises in helping insurers design and implement investment and risk frameworks that align strategy, solvency, and governance objectives. Drawing on both deep technical expertise and commercial insight, Salman combines actuarial discipline with investment innovation to deliver practical, regulator-aligned solutions.
